VSS understands your business needs and therefore offers you cost effective support and maintenance services. We will work with you to determine your support requirements which may include a combination of services provided by VSS and or directly from Microsoft. Our time to resolve and time to respond depends on the severity level of the request. We have defined levels and incident tracking through VSS support services. Additionally, Microsoft offers a variety of support services some required for first year customers.
Microsoft Dynamics AX service plans:
The Business Ready Enhancement Plan is the first-year requirement for new Microsoft Dynamics AX software customers. With Deluxe Support Services, customers can choose one of three plan packages: Plus, Standard, and a special option for Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.
Microsoft Dynamics GP service plans:
The Standard A plan provides a foundation level of services, which complements the support and training supplied by VSS. Standard A is the first year requirement for new customers who purchase Microsoft Dynamics GP support. The Standard B plan provides the assurance of support availability and high responsiveness. Deluxe Support Services Plus is designed for customers with a complex infrastructure or a high-risk or mission-critical implementation who seek a personalized relationship with Microsoft Dynamics support personnel. Flex 5-Pack Support provides you with greater responsiveness and an affordable way to receive support from the Microsoft Dynamics support team.
